Service 02Painting that holds its line, and its color
Interior repaints with edges you could read by, and exterior coatings that stand up to Florida sun, salt air, and summer rain.
The prep is the paint job
Anyone can roll color on a wall. The difference between a repaint that looks good for six months and one that looks good for years is everything that happens before the lid comes off: patching, sanding, caulking, priming stains, and taping every edge. We price that prep into the job because we will not skip it.
Inside, that means furniture wrapped, floors covered, and crisp cut lines at every ceiling and corner. Outside, it means pressure washing, sealing stucco cracks, and using coatings rated for South Florida UV and moisture, so the color you picked is the color you keep.
What we paint
- Whole home and single room interior repaints
- Exterior stucco, soffits, fascia, and trim
- Ceilings, including after popcorn removal
- Doors, frames, baseboards, and accent walls
- Small offices, condos, and rental turnovers
Not sure about colors? We will put real sample patches on your wall, in your light, before you commit to anything.
Common painting questions
Do I need to be out of the house?
No. We paint room by room and keep the work area sealed and ventilated, so you can live normally in the rest of the home. Most interior jobs use low odor, low VOC paint.
What paint brands do you use?
We work with the major professional lines and match the product to the surface and budget. If you have a preferred brand or an HOA required color, we work with that too.
How much does it cost to paint a room?
It depends on size, ceiling height, and how much prep the walls need, which is why we quote after seeing the space. The estimate is free, itemized, and holds unless you change the scope.
