Floors that survive South Florida
Florida floors take a beating. Humidity swells them, sand from the beach grinds them, and pets and kids do the rest. That is why most of our installs are luxury vinyl plank and porcelain tile. Both are waterproof, both shrug off sand, and both look sharp for years instead of seasons.
Every install starts with the boring part done right: moisture checks, subfloor leveling, and proper expansion gaps. Skipping that prep is why floors from cut rate installers click, bounce, and lift after the first wet season. Ours do not.

Common flooring questions
How long does a flooring job take?
Most single rooms are done in a day. A whole 1,500 square foot home usually runs two to four days including tear out, prep, and baseboards. You get the schedule in writing with the estimate.
Can you install over tile?
Often yes. Vinyl plank can go over flat, well bonded tile which saves you the cost and dust of a tear out. We check flatness first and tell you straight if the old tile needs to come up instead.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, we move and protect normal household furniture as part of the job. We just ask that fragile items and electronics are packed up before we arrive.
